摘要:
目的优选参术调脾颗粒方中白术和陈皮的最佳醇提取工艺。 方法以参术调脾颗粒中醇溶性浸出物、白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ的含量为醇提取工艺的考察指标,通过多指标综合评分法考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。 结果参术调脾颗粒方中白术和陈皮最佳醇提取工艺为A1B3C2D3,即乙醇浓度65%,加10倍量乙醇,每次提取1.5 h,提取3次。 结论优选的参术调脾颗粒方中白术和陈皮醇提取工艺合理可行,有效成分提取效率高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the best alcohol extraction process of Baizhu (Atractylodis macroce-phalae rhizoma) and Chenpi (Citri reticulatae pericarpium) in Shenzhu spleen-adjusting granules. MethodsThe contents of alcohol soluble extract, atractylolideⅠand atractylolide Ⅲ in Shenzhu spleen-adjusting granules were used as the indexes of alcohol extraction process, and the influences of different factors and their levels on extraction process were investigated using multi-index comprehensive scoring method. ResultsThe best alcohol extraction process of Baizhu and Chenpi from the granules was A1B3C2D3, that is, ethanol concentrations 65%, adding ten times amount of ethanol, extracting for 1.5 h each time, three times. ConclusionThe optimized alcohol extraction process of Baizhu and Chenpi from Shenzhu spleen-adjusting granules is rational and feasible with high extraction efficiency of active ingredients.
