摘要:
目的观察辨证食疗方联合耳穴压豆对妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）患者血糖相关指标及妊娠结局的影响。 方法将66例GDM患者随机分为两组，每组33例。两组均给予常规干预，观察组同时给予辨证食疗方联合耳穴压豆治疗。两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、妊娠结局。 结果治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均下降，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组剖宫产、早产、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、胎儿窘迫、产后感染、胎膜早破发生率均低于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论在常规治疗措施的基础上，以辨证食疗方联合耳穴压豆治疗GDM患者，可明显降低血糖水平，减少胰岛素抵抗发生情况，降低不良妊娠结局发生率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the impacts of syndrome differentiation-based dietotherapy and auricular point bean pressing on blood glucose-related indicators and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). MethodsAll 66 GDM patients were randomized into two groups with 33 cases in each. Both groups accepted routine intervention, and the observation group was given syndrome differentiation-based dietotherapy and auricular point bean pressing. Both groups were treated for eight weeks consecutively. To compare the levels of blood glucose, insulin resistance index (IRI) and pregnancy outcome in the two groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin and IRI lowered in the two groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of Cesarean section, premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia, intrauterine asphyxia, postnatal infection, prelabor rupture of membranes (PROM) of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionOn the foundation of conventional therapeutic measures, syndrome differentiation-based dietotherapy and auricular point bean pressing in the treatment of GDM could obviously lower the levels of blood glucose, reduce the conditions of IRI and decrease the incidences of adverse pregnancy outcome.
