摘要:
目的探讨右归饮合增损启膈散辅助紫杉醇与顺铂（taxol cisplatin，TP）方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）肾阳亏虚证患者的临床疗效。 方法选择晚期NSCLC肾阳亏虚证患者80例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组行TP方案化疗，21天为1个周期，连用2个周期；观察组在此基础上内服右归饮合增损启膈散，每日1剂，化疗第1天开始，水煎分2次温服，连服6周；比较两组临床疗效、肾阳亏虚证单项症状评分、毒副反应发生情况。 结果观察组总有效率［52.50%（21/40）］高于对照组［27.50%（11/40）］（P＜0.05）；治疗6周后，肾阳亏虚证单项症状评分对照组明显增加（P＜0.05），观察组明显降低（P＜0.05），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；白细胞及胃肠道反应发生率观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论在常规TP化疗基础上，使用右归饮合增损启膈散干预晚期NSCLC肾阳亏虚证患者，疗效确切，有利于减轻肾阳亏虚证单项症状，减轻毒副反应。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of Yougui drink and Zengsun Qige powder combined with taxol cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of renal Yang deficiency pattern. MethodsEighty patients suffering advanced NSCLC were selected and allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method with 40 cases in each group. TP regimen was performed in the control group, 21 days were one course, the therapy was applied for two courses of the treatment; the observation group took Yougui drink and Zengsun Qige powder, one dose everyday, starting from the first day of chemotherapy, decocting with water and taking warm in two doses, for six weeks consecutively. To compare clinical effects, single symptom scores of renal Yang deficiency syndrome, the incidences of toxicological reactions between the two groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was [52.50%(21/40)], higher than [27.50%(11/40)] of the control group (P<0.05); after six weeks of the treatment, single symptom scores of renal Yang deficiency pattern were increased obviously in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores were reduced noticeably in the observation group (P<0.05), the difference had statistical meaning between the two groups (P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in white blood cells and the incidences of gastrointestinal adverse reactions (P<0.05). ConclusionOn the foundation of conventional TP chemotherapy, the intervention of advanced NSCLC of renal Yang deficiency pattern with Yougui drink and Zengsun Qige powder could obtain definite clinical effects, alleviate single symptoms of Zengsun Qige powder and reduce toxic side effects.
