摘要:
目的探究近十年国内中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）的研究现状及未来研究趋势。 方法以中国知网（CNKI）的核心数据库为数据源，检索近十年CNKI收录的中医药治疗UC相关文献，对文献的作者、合作机构、关键词等进行统计分析，再利用CiteSpace软件对合作机构、关键词等进行可视化网络绘制分析。 结果近十年中医药治疗UC的相关文献共1666篇，作者以沈洪学者的发文量最多，机构以南京中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学发文量最多，但各研究机构之间的团队协作仍有待加强。国内研究热点主要集中在泄泻、炎症因子、中药灌肠。 结论近十年我国中医药治疗UC研究的发展速度较快，中医经验复方及其用药规律研究、中医药对肠道菌群及炎症因子的影响可能成为未来的研究热点。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore research hotspots and the trends of future research on TCM therapy of ulcerative colitis (UC) at home in the recent ten years. MethodsThe core database of CNKI was used as the data source to search the literature on TCM therapy of UC in the recent ten years collected in CNKI, and to perform the statistical analysis of the author, cooperating organisations and the keywords in the literature, and CiteSpace software was utilized to map visualization network of the cooperating organisations and keywords. ResultsAll 1666 papers on TCM therapies of UC in the recent ten years are included, Shen Hong is the author with the largest number of publications, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the institutions with the highest number of articles, however, the team cooperation among the research institutions still need to be strengthened. Research hotspots in China are mainly concentrated on diarrhea, inflammatory factors and herbal enema. ConclusionThe studies on TCM therapy of UC in the recent ten years are developing faster, the study on empirical compound prescriptions and its medication rules, the influence of TCM on intestinal flora and inflammatory factors may become the research hotspots in the future.
