从磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)信号通路的组成和功能、PI3K/AKT信号通路与糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)的关系、通过PI3K/AKT信号通路治疗DCM的中药三方面入手,综述基于PI3K/AKT信号通路中药单体治疗DCM的研究进展,指出部分中药单体可调控PI3K/AKT信号通路,发挥抗心肌细胞凋亡、降低心肌细胞氧化应激、改善心肌间质纤维化及抑制心肌炎症的药理作用,从而治疗DCM。

The advances in treating diabetic cardiomyopathy with herbal monomer were summarized based upon PI3K/AKT signaling pathway from the composition and function of PI3K/AKT, the connection between PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and diabetic cardiomyopathy, and herbal treatment for diabetic cardiomyopathy via PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, part of herbal monomers could regulate PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, exerting the pharmacological actions including resisting myocardial cell apoptosis, reducing myocardial oxidative stress, improving myocardial interstitial fibrosis and restraining myocardial inflammation, thereby treating diabetic cardiomyopathy.
