摘要:
目的探讨肝癌舌象研究现状、热点及发展趋势，为今后肝癌相关研究提供思路。 方法检索中国知网数据库，以“肝癌”“肝脏恶性肿瘤”“舌象”“舌诊”为主题词进行检索，时间设置为自建库至2021年。将检索到的数据导入Citespace 5.7.R5软件，对相关文献作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。 结果由发文量可知，年发文量总体呈下降趋势，但在2004年和2014年分别达到两个小高峰；发文量最多的为岳小强（9篇），其次依次为刘庆（7篇）、邓伟哲（5篇）、高静东（3篇）、董国瑔（3篇）；共有8个贡献比较突出的团队；高频关键词以原发性肝癌出现频次最多（34次），且形成了7个聚类标签；研究热点主要集中在原发性肝癌、肝癌患者舌象特征、肝瘿线、微循环等方面；研究趋势逐渐向测度学及光谱测色等舌象客观化内容研究转变。 结论原发性肝癌及其舌象特征研究仍是当前研究热点，舌象客观化研究将成为未来发展趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the thinking for future research on liver cancer by discussing the present status, hot spots and development trends of liver cancer tongue manifestations. MethodsA search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database using the following subject terms: "liver cancer," "hepatic carcinoma," "tongue manifestations" and "tongue diagnosis" from the time of establishing the database to 2021. Visualization analysis of the contributing authors, publishing organizations and keywords was conducted after importing the retrieved data into CiteSpace 5.7.R5. ResultsFrom the analysis of the number of publications, annual number of publications showed a downward trend generally, but reached two minor peaks respectively in 2004 and 2014; Yue Xiaoqiang was the most prolific author, with nine publications, Liu Qing (seven), Deng Weizhe (five), Gao Jingdong (three) and Dong Guoquan (three) were the next; there were eight teams with the outstanding contributions; primary liver cancer (34 times) appeared most frequently in high-frequency keywords analysis, and they formed seven cluster labels; research hotspots mainly focused on primary liver cancer, the characteristics of tongue manifestations in liver cancer, liver stasis line and microcirculation; there is a gradual shift in research focus toward the objective quantification of tongue manifestations, employing methodologies such as glossometry and spectral colorimetry. ConclusionStudies on primary liver cancer and the characteristics of tongue manifestations remain to be the hotspots of current research, and the objective study of tongue manifestations will become the trend of future development.
