摘要:
目的：研究不同补肾方法对骨头形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)在骨折愈合过程中表达的影响。方法：于SD大鼠左胫骨上1/3段造成骨折，对骨折不做任何固定。随机分为生理盐水组、左归丸组、右归丸组、补肾壮筋汤组，每组9只。于1、2、4周时每组处死3只，取骨痂标本，免疫组化法检测标本中BMP-2水平,应用计算机图像分析系统进行定量分析。结果：补肾壮筋汤组BMP-2表达阳性细胞平均光密度(MOD)值显著高于左归丸组、右归丸组及生理盐水组(P＜0.05)。结论：补肾壮筋汤能显著促进骨折愈合过程中BMP-2的表达。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of different kidney-nourishing methods on the expression of BMP-2 in the course of bone healing. Method: Rat models with bone fracture were established at the place of 1/3 of left tibia and they were unhandled. The rats were randomized into four groups: physiological saline group, ZuoGuiWan group, YouGuiWan group and BuShen ZhuangJinTang group, nine rats each group. Every three rats of each group were sacrificed at the 1st, 2nd and 4th week, callus specimens were taken and BMP-2 in the samples were tested with immunohistochemical assay, quantitative analysis was performed with computer imaging system. Result: Average optical density(MOD) values of BMP-2 positive cells in BuShen ZhuangJinTang group were higher than that of ZuoGui Wan group, YouGuiWan group and physiological saline group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: BuShen ZhuangJinTang could significantly promote the expressions of BMP-2 during the healing process.
