摘要:
目的：观察激素配合健脾补肾清热凉血方治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP）的临床疗效。方法：将50例符ITP患者随机分为2组。治疗组25例，予以强的松，同时加服健脾补肾清热凉血方，1剂/d；对照组25例，予以强的松口服。2组疗程均为1个月。结果：总有效率治疗组为88.8%，对照组为64.0%，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。血小板计数2组治疗后均明显升高，治疗前后组内比较差异显著（P＜0.05），治疗组升高更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：激素配合健脾补肾清热凉血方治疗ITP疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To inspect therapeutic effects of hormone combined with spleen-invigorating kidney-reinforcing heat-clearing blood-cooling prescription in treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: Fifty patients were randomized into two groups. 25 cases of the treatment group were given with prednisone and spleen-invigorating kidney-reinforcing heat-clearing blood-cooling prescription, one dose per day; the control group took prednisone only. One course of the treatment was one month. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.8%, superior to 64.0% of the control group obviously (P＜0.05). Platelet counting of both groups were improved evidently after treating, there was a striking difference between before and after treating in one group (P＜0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was more notable(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Hormone combined with spleen-invigorating kidney-reinforcing heat-clearing blood-cooling prescription could obtain remarkable effects in treating ITP.
