摘要:
从中西医角度探讨制萎扶胃浓缩丸(简称ZWFW)的处方组成、方解及其防治慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG)的作用机制，指出CAG的发病机制在于本虚标实，本虚以脾胃气阴两虚为主，ZWFW促进胃黏膜内源性PGE2合成、对抗自由基清除胃黏膜NO、升高CAG模型大鼠血清及胃黏膜SOD水平、降低MDA含量，可能是其增强胃黏膜局部防御功能的部分机理，也是其健脾和胃的具体体现。标实则有气滞、血瘀、湿阻、热毒蕴胃等；CAG模型大鼠GAS含量下降，相当于祖国医学正气虚；MTL含量增加，相当于祖国医学邪气盛；ZWFW使较低的血清GAS恢复至接近正常水平是其“补其不足”作用的具体体现；ZWFW使过高的血浆MTL恢复至接近正常水平是其“泻其有余”作用的具体体现。
Abstract:
The paper is discussing the prescription of ZhiWei FuWei concentrated pill (ZWFW), formula interpretation and the mechanism of ZWFW in the prevention and treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), the pathogenesis of ZWFW is of asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality, asthenia in origin is mainly Qi-Yin deficiency of spleen-stomach, ZWFW could promote the synthesis of endogenous PGE2 in gastric mucosa, it could combat free radicals to eliminate NO in gastric mucosa, raise the levels of SOD in serum and gastric mucosa of CAG rat model and decrease the contents of MDA, it might be a part of the mechanism that ZWFW enhance local defense function of gastric mucosa, it embodies its function of spleen-invigorating and stomach-harmonizing in details. Sthenia in superficiality includes Qi stagnation, blood stasis, damp obstruction, heat toxin accumulation in the stomach and others; the decrease of GAS contents in CAG rat model presents the deficiency of healthy Qi in TCM theory; the raise of MTL contents demonstrates the excess of pathogenic Qi; ZWFW could return lower level of serum GAS to normal, which reflects "supplementing the insufficiency" of ZWFW concretely; ZWFW could return higher level of serum MTL to normal, which reflects "eliminating the excess" of ZWFW.
