摘要:
目的:优化甘草总黄酮和总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法:以提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比为考察因素,以总黄酮和总皂苷含量为综合评分作为评价指标,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺:提取温度为50℃,提取时间为45分钟,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶10。结论:该提取工艺简便、快捷,可用于甘草总黄酮、总皂苷的同时提取,为甘草进一步研究与利用奠定基础。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids and total saponins from GanCao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.). Methods: The best extraction technology was optimized by taking extraction temperature, extraction time, the concentrations of ethanol and solid-liquid ratio as the factors, the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins as evaluation indexes for comprehensive assessment. Results: The best extraction technology was: extraction temperature: 50℃, extraction time: 45 minutes, the concentrations of ethanol: 60%, solid-liquid ratio: 1: 10. Conclusion: The extraction technology, simple, convenient and rapid, could be used for simultaneous extraction of total flavonoids and total saponins from GanCao, which could lay foundation for further study and utilization of GanCao.
