摘要:
目的:采用正交实验优选藏药羌活鱼总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、回流时间和提取次数为因素,按正交实验设计进行实验,以总黄酮含量及纯度为指标,确定最佳条件。结果:最佳提取条件为70%的乙醇回流1.5小时,提取2次。结论:该工艺设计合理,稳定可行。
Abstract:
Objective: To select the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Tibetan medicine QiangHuo fish[Batrachuperus pinchonii(David)]by adopting orthogonal test. Methods: Ethanol concentration, return time, extract times were regarded as factors, test was conducted according to orthogonal design, the level of total flavonoids and its purity were regarded as indexes for results, to confirm the optimal condition. Results: The optimal extraction condition was 70% ethanol refluxing for 1.5 hours, extraction times twice. Conclusion: The technology is rational, stable and feasible.
