摘要:
目的:测定不同生长年限黄芪中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用分光光度法检测生长 6~36 个月的黄芪,最大吸收波长为 510 nm。结果:生长 36 个月的黄芪总黄酮含量最高,生长 24 个月的稍低,与 36 个月的非常接近。结论:从总黄酮含量来看,黄芪最佳采收期为至少生长 2 年时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To determine the contents of total flavonoids from HuangQi (Radix Astragali) of different growth years. Method:HuangQi growing for 6 to 36 months were detected with spectrophotometry, the maximum absorption wavelength was 510nm. Result: The contents of total flavonoids from HuangQi cultivated for 36 months was the highest, which cultivated for 24 months was slightly lower, close to the ones for 36 months. Conclusion: The best harvest time for HuangQi is two years at least judging from the content of total flavonoids.
