摘要:
目的:优选萆清栓提取工艺。方法:以水为提取溶剂,药液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以出膏率及盐酸小檗碱含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用 10 倍量水, 1.5 h/ 次,提取 2 次。结论:所选择的工艺稳定可行,可用于萆清栓的工业生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize extraction process of BiQing suppository. Method: Extraction process was optimized with orthogonal design by taking water as extraction solvent, drug-liquid ratio, extracting time and times as the indexes, the extraction rate and content of berberine hydrochloride as evaluating indicators. Result: the optimal extraction was using ten folds amount of water, reflux extraction twice, once 1.5 hours. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and could be used to the production of BiQingShuang.
