摘要:
目的:优选出双桂祛寒颗粒挥发油的最佳提取工艺,提高该处方挥发油提取效率。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取,采用正交试验和多指标综合加权评分法,以藁本内酯、桂皮醛和挥发油得率为考察指标,对影响挥发油提取工艺的浸泡时间(A)、加水量(B)、提取时间(C)3个因素进行L9(34)正交试验优选研究。结果:挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件为加12倍水,浸泡15 min,提取6 h。结论:优选出的挥发油提取工艺参数合理,稳定可行,为双桂祛寒颗粒的研制提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Objective:To optimize the best extraction technology of volatile oil from ShuangGui QuHan granules and raise its extraction efficiency of volatile oil from the prescription. Methods: Steam distillation was used to extract volatile oil, L9(34) orthogonal design was studied by optimizing soaking time (A), adding volume (B) and extracting time (C) of influencing the extraction technology of volatile oil, using orthogonal design and multi-index comprehensive weighted scoring method, and taking the yields of ligustilide, cinnaldehydum and volatile oil as the investigation indexes. Results: The best extraction technology of volatile oil was adding 12 times water, soaking for 15 minutes and extracting for six hours. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology for volatile oil could provide theoretical evidence for the research and preparation of ShuangGui QuHan granules since it’s stable and feasible with reasonable parameters.
