摘要:
目的:探讨黄芪煎剂联合丹红注射液治疗慢性肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法:随机将70例慢性肾炎患者分成治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组给予缬沙坦80~240 mg/d,联合依那普利10~30 mg/d,同时给予潘生丁、激素、细胞毒药物等常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上配合黄芪煎剂口服及丹红注射液静脉滴注,连续用药30天,观测2组治疗前后的24小时尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、血白细胞、红细胞及尿红细胞,并比较组间差异,同时评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(94.29%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr均较治疗前明显降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量、Scr与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后的血WBC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血RBC、尿RBC治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪煎剂联合丹红注射液治疗CGN效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss clinical efficacy of HuangQi decoction and DanHong injection in treating chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). Method: Seventy patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group took valsartan, 80 to 240mg/d, enalapril, 10 to 30 mg/d, and rountine western medicine including dipyridamole, hormone and cytotoxic drugs. The patients in the treatment group were given with oral HuangQi decoction and intravenous dripping of DanHong injection, for 30 consecutive days, 24 hours quantitative test for urinary protein, blood urine nitrogen(BUN), creatintine(Scr), blood white blood cells, red blood cells and urine red blood cells were detected before and after treating in both groups, the differences between both groups were compared to assess clinical effects. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group (94.29%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%), the difference demonstrated significant meaning (P<0.05). 24 hours quantitative test for urinary protein, BUN and Scr were decreased after treating than before treating in both groups, the difference between both groups showed statistical meaning(P<0.05); the difference in blood WBC of the treatment group between before and after treating had no statistical meaning (P>0.05), the difference in blood RBC and urine RBC between before and after treating had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: HuangQi decoction and DanHong injection in treating CGN could obtain notable effects.
