摘要:
目的：比较研究“华亭大黄”泻下作用。方法：采用炭末推进法进行肠推进实验和泻下实验，观察“华亭大黄”和其他产地正品大黄对小鼠小肠运动的影响。结果：华亭大黄组泄下时间缩短，5h泄下次数及5h排便次数明显增加，与空白组及市售大黄组比较，差异有统计意义(P＜0.05 )；华亭大黄组肠推进率提高，与空白组及市售大黄组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；市售大黄组与空白组肠推进率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01 )。结论：“华亭大黄”的泻下作用药效明显，质量优良。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare and study the purgation of HuaTing DaiHuang(Rheum palmatum L.).Methods: The intestinal propulsion experiment and the purgation experiment were performed by charcoal propulsion method, to observe the influences of HuaTing DaiHuang and genuine DaiHuang from other producing areas on intestinal motility of the mice. Results: The Purgation time shortened, 5h purgation times and 5h defecation times increased obviously in HuaTing DaiHuang group, the difference had statistical meaning when it was compared with the blank group and commercial DaiHuang group (P＜0.05); intestinal propulsion rate improved in HuaTing DaiHuang group, the difference had statistical meaning when it was compared with the blank group and commercial DaiHuang group(P＜0.01), the difference had statistical meaning when commercial DaiHuang group was compared with the blank group in intestinal propulsion rate (P＜0.01). Conclusion: HuaTing DaiHuang shows obvious effects and it is superior in quality.
