摘要:
目的：应用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析儿童反复呼吸道感染的中药处方用药规律。方法：通过中国知网、重庆维普以及万方数据库收集近5年治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染文献中的中药处方，分析处方中各种中药的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则及核心药物组合。结果：对筛选出的110个中药处方和197味中药进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次，四气五味，归经，药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出10个核心组合。结论：治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染常用的中药以补气药和祛风解表药为主，其药物归经主要集中在脾、肺、胃经，而四气五味以性温、平、热，味辛、苦、甘为主，这些药物多具有健脾益气、祛风解表、补气固表、健脾益肺的功效。防风，黄芪，白术，太子参，党参，甘草，陈皮，茯苓是临床治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染常用的核心药物。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze medication rules of herbal prescriptions for children suffering recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS). Methods: Herbal prescriptions for children with RRTI in the recent five years were collected from CNKI, VIP and WanFang, to analyze the frequency of different herbs, association rules between herbs and core herb combinations in modern prescriptions. Results: All 110 herbal prescriptions and 197 herbs which were screened were analyzed to ensure the frequency, four natures and five flavors of the herbs in the prescriptions and association rules between herbs, ten core combinations were mined. Conclusion: The herbs which were commonly used to treat RRTI are the ones of tonifying Qi, dispelling wind and relieving exterior mainly, the channel tropism of the herbs mainly focus on spleen, lung and stomach, while four natures and five flavors are the natures of warm, mild and hot, the flavors of pungent, bitter and sweet mainly, and these herbs could invigorate spleen and tonify Qi, dispel wind and relieve the exterior, tonify Qi and strengthen the exterior, invigorate spleen and nourish the lung. Fangfeng [Saposhnikovia divaricata(Trucz.) Schischk.], Huangqi[Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.], Baizhu (Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.), Taizishen (radix pseudostel ariae), Dangshen [Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.], Gancao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.), Chenpi (Orange peel), Fuling(Wolfiporia cocos) are the core herbs which are commonly used in clinic to treat RRTI.
