摘要:
目的：探讨自血穴位注射治疗对脑梗死患者血脂水平、血液流变学、神经功能的影响。方法：采用平行对照与回顾性总结的研究方法，研究时间为2017年2月至2018年2月，将120例患者根据不同的治疗方法分为两组，每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自血穴位注射治疗，7次为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、血脂水平、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(national institutes of health stroke scale，NIHSS)评分及血液流变学指标变化。结果：总有效率观察组、对照组分别为86.7%（52/60）和66.7%（40/60），两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组总胆固醇(total cholesterol，TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C)值下降较对照组显著，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)；观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C)较治疗前提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)。治疗后两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)，且观察组较对照组降低明显(P＜O.05)。治疗后两组患者大脑中动脉的Vd与Vs值均明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)，且观察组升高更明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)。结论：自血穴位注射治疗脑梗死患者能改善血液流变学状况，调节血脂水平，改善患者的神经功能，从而提高治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of autoblood acupoint injection on the levels of blood lipid, hemorheology and neurological function in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Using research methods of parallel control and retrospective summary, research time was between February, 2017 and February, 2018, 120 patients were allocated to two groups according to different therapeutic methods, 60 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional therapy, and the observation group autoblood acupoint injection on the foundation of the control group accepted, seven times were one course, both groups were treated for two courses. To observe clinical effects, the levels of blood lipid, NIHSS scores and hemorhcological indexes before and after treating in both groups. Results: Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.7% (52/60) and 66.7% (40/60) respectively, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After treating, the decrease of TC and LDL-C of the observation group were more notable compared with these of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); HDL-C rose than before treating in the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After treating, NIHSS socres reduced in both groups compared with these before treating, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05), and the observation group lowered notably than the control group (P＜0.05). After treating, Vd and Vs values of both groups rose remarkably, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), and the increase of the observation group was more notable, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Autoblood acupoint injection could improve hemorheological conditions, regulate the levels of blood lipid, perfect neurological functions, hence to raise therapeutic effects.
