摘要:
结合近十五年有关大黄毒副作用的文献,从中医学及现代医学对大黄的论述探讨肠道微生态与大黄毒副反应的相关性,为今后大黄毒性机理的研究及有效“减毒”策略的制定提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Combined with the literature about the toxicity of Dahuang (rhubarb) in the recent 15 years, the influence of intestinal microecology on the toxicity of Dahuang was discussed from the statements of Daihuang in TCM and modern medicine and side effects of Dahuang and intervention strategies, in the wish of providing new thinking for the study on toxic mechanism of Dahuang in the future days and establishing the effective "toxicity attenuating" strategies.
