摘要:
目的探讨王旭高治疗虚劳病的用药经验。 方法收集王旭高《环溪草堂医案》《王旭高临证医案》中治疗虚劳病处方，建立数据库，基于中医传承辅助平台对所筛选出的数据进行挖掘、整理、分析，得出药物的使用频次、关联规则。 结果筛选的86首处方中用药总数达157味，频次居前6位的药物分别为茯苓、白术、陈皮、党参、麦冬、白芍；总药对21个，其中高频药对为白术、茯苓；核心组合18个，候选新处方9个。 结论王旭高认为劳伤中气可予甘平药补气生血，劳损精血可予酸苦药益阴和阳。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore Wang Xugao's medication experience in treating consumption disease. MethodsWang Xugao's prescriptions were collected from Huanxicaotang medical cases, Wang Xugao's clinical medical cases to establish the database, the frequency and association rules of the drugs were gained by sorting out and analyzing the unearthed database on the foundation of TCMISS. ResultsAmong the 86 prescriptions screened, total number of the drugs was 157, the top six drugs with the highest frequency were Fuling [Poria cocos（Schw.）Wolf], Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Chenpi (Pericarpium citri reticulatae), Dangshen (Root of Pilose Asiabell), Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Baishao (Paeonia lactiflora); there are 21 total drug pairs, among them, high-frequency drug pair is Baizhu and Fuling; there are 18 core combinations, and nine new candidate prescriptions. ConclusionWang Xugao thinks that the application of sweet and neutral drugs to the overwork hurting Qi of the middle energizer could replenish Qi and generate blood, the application of sour and bitter drugs to essence-blood strain could nourish Yin and harmonize Yang.
