摘要:
目的探讨中医情志护理对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者情志及生活质量的影响。 方法选取骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折保守治疗患者80例，按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组，每组各40例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上予以中医情志护理，评价两组患者护理前、后焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、生活质量综合评定问卷-74（generic quality of life inventory-74，GQOL-74）评分及护理满意度。 结果观察组较对照组SAS、SDS评分显著降低（P＜0.05）。观察组GQOL-74量表各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组满意度［95.00%（38/40）］高于对照组［80.00%（32/40）］（P＜0.05）。 结论中医情志护理能够有效的改善骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高生活质量和护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of TCM emotional nursing on the moods and quality of life in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). MethodsEighty patients who accepted conservative therapy were chosen, and separated into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method. The control group accepted conventional care, and the observation group was given with TCM emotional nursing based on the care the control group received, to assess SAS, SDS, GQOL-74 scores and nursing satisfaction degrees before and after nursing between both groups. ResultsSAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group notably (P<0.05). Different dimensional scores of GQOL-74 of the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was [95.00%(38/40)], higher than [80.00%(32/40)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM emotional nursing could effectively improve anxiety and depression in OVCF patients, raise quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
