摘要:
目的观察健骨益痹方联合经皮椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。 方法将60例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组采用健骨益痹方联合PKP治疗，对照组采用阿伦磷酸钠片联合PKP治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后Cobb角、骨折椎体前缘高度（anterior vertebral height，AVH）、疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analog scale，VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（oswestry disability index，ODI）、腰椎骨密度（bone mineral density，BMD）、血清碱性磷酸酶（alkaline phosphatase，ALP）、骨钙素（osteocalcin，BGP）、I型胶原交联C末端肽（type I collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide，CTXI）、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（tartrate resistant acid phosphatase-5b，TRACP-5b）。 结果两组患者治疗后、及6月Cobb角、AVH高度、VAS、ODI、腰椎BMD、ALP、BGP、CTXI、TRAP-5b与治疗前相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组改善程度显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论健骨益痹方联合PKP能够改善骨代谢、增加骨密度，恢复伤椎高度，维持脊柱稳定。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Jiangu Yibi formulation and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. MethodsSixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with Jiangu Yibi formulation and PKP, and the control group with alendronate sodium tablets and PKP. To observe and compare Cobb angles, AVH, VAS, ODI, BMD, ALP, BGP, CTX1 and TRACP-5b before and after the treatment between both groups. ResultsThe difference had statistical meaning in Cobb angles, AVH, VAS, ODI, lumbar BMD, ALP, BGP, CTX1, TRAP-5b after the treatment and six months after the treatment between both groups (P<0.05), the improve-ments of the observation group were remarkably superior to these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionJiangu Yibi formulation joined with PKP could improve bone metabolism, increase bone density, restore the height of the injured vertebrae and maintain the spinal stability.
