摘要:
曹志群教授以“脾主卫”思想为指导，根据消化性溃疡病因病机及其演变规律总结整理出诊治经验。他善用临床表现与胃镜诊断相结合的方式进行综合辨证，提倡标本兼顾，攻补兼施的治疗方法，治以健脾益气，随症加减化裁，并通过中医经典名方黄芪建中汤验之于临床，为中医临床治疗消化性溃疡提供可资借鉴的思路与方法。
Abstract:
Guided by "spleen governing defensive Qi" thought, professor Cao Zhiqun sums up his diagnostic and therapeutic experience according to the cause and pathogenesis of peptic ulcer(PU), and its evolution law, he is skilled in syndrome differentiation by combining clinical manifestations and gastroscopic diagnosis, he advocates therapeutic methods of addressing both symptoms and root causes, and tonification and purgation in combination, he treats the disease by invigorating spleen and benefiting Qi, modifies the prescription according to the symptoms, and verifies clinical effects by TCM classic prescription Huangqi Jianzhong Tang, which could provide some ideas and methods for clinical treatment of peptic ulcer.
