摘要:
目的探讨针灸治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)的取穴规律。 方法从中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普、Pubmed数据库收集1980年1月至2020年1月针灸治疗OSAS的临床研究文献,建立OSAS取穴数据库,对数据进行频数统计、关联规则分析以及聚类分析。 结果针灸治疗OSAS使用频次最高的穴位依次为丰隆、廉泉、足三里、三阴交;所选经络频次最高依次为足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阴脾经;关联最强的穴位组合为丰隆-三阴交;聚类分析将所用穴位分为3类。 结论本数据挖掘结果初步显示针灸治疗OSAS取穴有规律可循,且该取穴规律与该病的病机、证型相符,可为针灸治疗OSAS的临床选穴提供参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the rule of acupoints selection in acupuncture therapy of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). MethodsThe literature on clinical study of acupuncture therapy of OSAS between January, 1980 and January, 2020 was searched from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Pubmed database, to establish acupoint selection database of OSAS, and to perform frequency statistics, association rules analysis and cluster analysis. ResultsThe most frequently used acupoints for OSAS were Fenglong (ST40), Lianquan (RN23), Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao(SP6); the most frequently used meridians were stomach meridian of foot-Yangming and spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin; the most associated acupoint combination was Fenglong-Sanyinjiao; the used acupoints were divided into three types by cluster analysis. ConclusionThe results of data mining primarily reveal that acupuncture therapy for OSAS have the rules to follow, and the rules of acupoint selection conform to the pathogenesis of the disease and the patterns, which could provide the reference for clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture therapy for OSAS.
