摘要:
目的应用知识图谱可视化分析方法分析近19年针灸治疗失眠的文献，厘清该领域的研究热点及发展趋势。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）数据库有关针灸治疗失眠的文献。利用CiteSpace、Bicomb2、UCINET软件生成作者、机构、关键词图谱，并进行分析。 结果纳入文献中共有67名作者，其中14名作者发文量≥3篇；共有46所机构，其中8所机构发文量≥5篇；利用Bicomb2软件选取出现频次≥10次的32个高频关键词进行社会网络分析，发现各关键词之间的研究脉络比较疏远，没有形成清晰的研究框架；利用CiteSpace软件生成12个聚类标签，8个关键词突现，显示结合物理与心理治疗是该领域未来的发展趋势。 结论应加强针灸治疗失眠的研究机构间及作者间的合作与联系，构建合理治疗体系。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the literature on acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia in the recent 19 years by applying visualization analysis of knowledge mapping, and survey research hot spots and developmental trend in the field. MethodsAfter searching the literature on acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia from CNKI, CiteSpace, Bicomb2, UCINET software were utilized to create the knowledge mapping of author, institutions and keywords, meanwhile, and analyze these information. ResultsAll 67 authors were found in the included literature, among them, 14 authors published ≥three papers; there were 46 institutions, among them, eight ones published ≥five papers; 32 high-frequency keywords appearing≥ten times were chosen by using Bicomb2 software, to perform social network analysis, it was found that the research context between keywords was relatively distant, and no clear research framework has been formed; CiteSpace software was used to generate 12 tag clustering, and eight keywords emergences, which demonstrated that combining physics with psychological therapy is the future developmental trend in the field. ConclusionWe should enhance the cooperation and connections between institutions and author studying acupuncture therapy of insomnia, and build rational therapeutic system.
