摘要:
目的研究健脾益肺消积汤联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）患者血清血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）、一氧化氮（nitric oxide，NO）水平的影响。 方法将NSCLC患者84例随机分为两组。对照组予DP方案化疗，包括顺铂与盐酸吉西他滨；观察组在对照组基础上服用健脾益肺消积汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及血清VEGF、NO、CD4+、CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平。 结果有效率观察组为85.71%（36/42），高于对照组的64.29%（27/42）（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者血清VEGF、NO水平降低（P＜0.05），观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后对照组患者血清CD4+、CD3+及CD4+/CD8+降低（P＜0.05），观察组升高（P＜0.05），且高于对照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率观察组为21.43%（9/42），低于对照组的45.24%（19/42）（P＜0.05）。 结论健脾益肺消积汤联合化疗治疗NSCLC疗效确切，其机制可能与降低血清VEGF、NO水平，提高患者免疫功能有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the influence of spleen-invigorating lung-benefiting retention-resolving decoction and chemotherapy on the levels of VEGF and NO in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). MethodsAll 84 NSCLC patients were randomized into two groups. The control group was given DP regimen chemotherapy, including cisplatin and gemcitabine hydrochloride; the observation group took spleen-invigorating lung-benefiting retention-resolving decoction on the foundation of DP regimen chemotherapy. To observe clinical effects, the levels of VEGF, NO, CD4+, CD3+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ between both groups. ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%（36/42）, higher than 64.29%（27/42） of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of VEGF and NO of the two groups decreased (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of CD4+, CD3+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the control group reduced (P<0.05), while increased in the observation group (P<0.05), and higher than the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 21.43%(9/42), lower than 45.24%(19/42) of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSpleen-invigorating lung-benefiting retention-resolving decoction and chemotherapy could obtain outstanding curative effects in the treatment of NSCLC, its mechanism might be related to reducing the levels of VEGF and NO and improving the patients' immunologic function.
