摘要:
介绍“异病同治”思想在补肾活血法治疗排卵障碍性不孕中的临床应用，指出排卵障碍性不孕的病因不尽相同，如多囊卵巢综合征、无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血、卵巢储备功能下降等，西医认为发病机制均为下丘脑-卵巢-子宫轴功能失调而致内分泌紊乱；中医认为排卵功能障碍不孕的主要病机为肾虚血瘀，补肾活血为治疗的基本方法，体现了“异病同治”的中医治疗思想。
Abstract:
By introducing clinical application of the thinking of "treating different diseases with same method" in the treatment of ovulatory infertility by tonifying kidney and activating blood method, the causes of ovulatory infertility vary, such as PCOS, anovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding and diminished ovarian reserve, Western medicine holds that the pathogenesis is endocrine disorder caused by dysfunction of hypothalamus-ovary-uterine axis; TCM thinks that the main pathogenesis of ovulatory infertility is renal deficiency and blood stasis, tonifying kidney and activating blood adopted as the basic therapeutic method, embodying TCM therapeutic thinking of "treating different diseases with same method".
