摘要:
对晚期非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）的中西医维持治疗现状进行综述，指出对于不适用靶向治疗的进展期NSCLC患者，含铂两药联合化疗是标准的一线治疗方案，因其毒副作用不适合长期治疗，而产生了毒副作用相对较小的维持治疗方案，但长期使用仍然损害患者的免疫功能，而中医药在稳定瘤体、提高生活质量、缓解临床症状方面疗效可观，且毒副作用小，研究显示中医药参与的晚期NSCLC维持治疗疗效不亚于现代医学。
Abstract:
By reviewing current state of integrative medicine maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC, for patients with advanced NSCLC who are not suitable for targeted therapy, platinum-containing two-drug combination chemotherapy is the standard first-line treatment, however, it is not suitable for long-term treatment because of its side effects, modern medicine has produced maintenance treatment options with relatively few toxic side effects, however, long-term use still damage the patients’ immune function. Compared with modern medicine, TCM has considerable therapeutic benefits in stabilizing tumors, improving quality of life and relieving clinical symptoms, as well as low toxicity and side effects, previous studies on the maintenance treatment of advanced NSCLC have shown that the maintenance treatment effects of Chinese medicine are no less than these of modern medicine.
