目的观察寒痉汤加减治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)寒凝证的临床疗效。 方法将60例PMOP寒凝证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予寒痉汤加减治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后及治疗后6个月中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、血清骨代谢指标、骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD),并记录药物不良反应。 结果治疗后和治疗后6个月,两组患者中医证候积分、VAS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组患者血清Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原特殊序列较治疗前下降(P<0.05);两组患者BMD较治疗前稍增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。 结论常规西医治疗联合寒痉汤加减能改善绝经后骨质疏松症寒凝证患者临床症状与骨代谢,疗效优于单纯常规西医治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical efficacy of modified Hanjing Tang in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) of coagulated cold pattern. MethodsSixty patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional Western medicine therapy, and the treatment group was given modified Hanjing Tang based on conventional Western medicine therapy, to observe TCM syndrome integrals, VAS, serum bone metabolism indexes, BMD before and after the treatment, six months after the treatment, to record the adverse reaction of drugs. ResultsAfter the treatment and six months after the treatment, TCM syndrome integrals and VAS of both groups reduced than before the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Six months after the treatment, the amino-terminal lengthening peptide of serum type I collagen and β-collagen special sequence of both groups decreased than before the treatment (P<0.05); BMD of both groups increased slightly than before the treatment, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30), higher than 73.3%(22/30) of the control group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. ConclusionConventional Western medicine therapy combined with modified Hanjing Tang could improve clinical symptoms and bone metabolism in PMOP patients, and its clinical effects superior to these of single conventional Western medicine therapy.
