摘要:
中医学目前认为间质性肺疾病属“肺痹”“肺痿”的范畴、但争议较大。王玉光教授依据起病特点、临床表现、病程演变和预后，结合疾病行为学，将间质性肺疾病分为“肺痹”“肺”痿两类疾病，并确定不同的治疗原则，取得了良好疗效。
Abstract:
At present, TCM believes that interstitial lung disease belongs to the category of "pulmonary arthralgia" and "pulmonary atrophy", which is controversial. Professor Wang Yuguang divides interstitial lung disease into "pulmonary arthralgia" and "pulmonary atrophy" according to the characteristics of disease onset, clinical manifestations, the evolution of disease course and prognosis, combined with disease behavior, he chooses different therapeutic principles and obtains good therapeutic results.
