摘要:
目的建立苦水玫瑰中重金属汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)及有害元素砷(As)的电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定方法。 方法在苦水玫瑰样品中加硝酸进行微波消解处理,以72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标元素,采用ICP-MS法检测甘肃多个产地苦水玫瑰中Pb、Cd、AS、Hg、Cu元素。 结果所测定苦水玫瑰中5种元素线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9984,各元素检出限为0.0049~10.3473 ng/mL,定量限为0.0163~34.4909 ng/mL;所检测甘肃不同产地20批苦水玫瑰样品中Pb、Cd、AS、Hg、Cu元素含量均在安全范围内,其中Cd、Hg未检出。 结论建立的苦水玫瑰中重金属及有害元素ICP-MS测定方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、便于操作等特点,适用于苦水玫瑰中重金属及有害元素的检测分析,该方法的建立为苦水玫瑰质量标准草案的形成提供了实验数据支撑。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish the methods of determining five kinds of heavy metals, and the harmful elements including Pb, cd, As, Hg, Cu in Kushui rose by ICP-MS. MethodsAfter microwave ablation of the samples with nitric acid, 72Ge, 115In and 209Bi as internal standard elements, ICP-MS was applied to detect the contents of Pb, cd, As, Hg, Cu in Kushui rose from from different producing areas of Gansu. ResultsFive heavy metals in the tested samples of Kushui rose showed good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient r≥0.9984, the detection limit of each element ranged from 0.0049 to 10.3473 ng/mL, the quantitative detection between 0.0163 and 34.4909 ng/mL; the contents of Pb, cd, As, Hg and Cu in 20 batches of the samples from different producing areas of Gansu were within the safe range, among which, Cd and Hg weren't found. ConclusionThe ICP-MS method for the determination of five heavy metals and the harmful elements, possessing the characteristics of high sensitivity, good accuracy and convenient operation, is suitable for the detection and analysis of heavy metals and harmful elements in Kushui rose, which could provide experimental data support for the formation of the draft of quality standard of Kushui rose.
