摘要:
目的优化秦艽黄酮和环烯醚萜苷超声提取工艺条件。 方法以秦艽黄酮和环烯醚萜苷提取率为考察指标,以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度及提取时间为影响因素,进行单因素试验;采用正交-满意度优化秦艽黄酮和环烯醚萜苷提取工艺。 结果优选出秦艽中黄酮及环烯醚萜苷提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶30 g/mL,提取温度60 ℃,提取时间40 min,在此条件下的提取率黄酮为2.20%,环烯醚萜苷为9.32%,平均满意度为0.997,RSD=0.28%。 结论优选的条件方法简便、高效、易于实现,适合秦艽中黄酮与环烯醚萜苷的提取。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the ultrasound extraction technology of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides from Qinjiao (Gentianae macrophyllae radix). MethodsSingle factor test was performed by taking the extraction percentage of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides as the investigation indexes, ethanol volume fraction, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time as the influencing factors; and the extraction technology of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides from Qinjiao was optimized by orthogonal design-desirability. ResultsThe best extraction conditions for flavonoids and iridoid glycosides from Qinjiao were as follows: ethanol volume fraction of 60%, liquid-solid ratio of 1:30 g/mL with extraction temperature 60 ℃ and extraction time 40 min. Under these conditions, the extraction percentages of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides were 2.20% and 9.32%, average desira- bility of the confirmatory test was 0.997, RSD=0.28%. ConclusionThe extraction conditions, convenient, efficient and realizable, are suitable for the extraction of flavonoids and iridoid glycosides from Qinjiao.
