摘要:
目的：对造成盆腔炎（PID）反复发作的相关因素进行调查分析，为临床减少该病复发提供参考。方法：采用问卷调查法，对255例PID复发患者进行调查。结果：劳累、情绪抑郁焦虑、下生殖道感染、宫腔手术史对PID反复发作的影响较非反复发作者更大，大部分患者在复发前无长期接触污染环境史，复发前有临近器官感染即特殊病原体感染病史者较少。结论：患者应注意休息、避免劳累，调畅情志，禁食辛辣之品，同时尽量减少宫腔手术操作规范下生殖道感染，注意产后调适等以减少PID复发概率。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for relapse decrease by investigating relevant factors influencing the relapse of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID). Method: All 255 patients with recurrent PID were surveyed with questionnaires. Result: Exhaustion, depression and anxiety, genital tract infection, history of intra-uterine surgery were influencing the relapse of PID. Most patients had no history of long-term exposure to environmental pollution before relapse and less infection of adjacent organs. Conclusion: Patient should rest, keep a good mood and eat no spicy food, trying to reduce genital tract infection due to intra-uterine surgery and have adjustment after birth, therefore to lower relapse rate of PID.
