摘要:
目的：观察人参归脾丸对缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞(RBC)、血细胞比容(HCT)的影响。方法：将 80 例 IDA 患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 40 例。2 组均服用琥珀酸亚铁片，0.1 g/ 次，3 次 /d，同时每次给予等量维生素 C 同服以利吸收；观察组同时给予人参归脾丸，9 g/ 次，3 次 /d。2 组均以治疗 1 个月为 1 个疗程，治疗 1 个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为 80.00%，对照组为 50.00%，2 组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为 95.00%，对照组为 75.00%，2 组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。HB、RBC、HCT治疗后 2 组均明显增高 (P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：人参归脾丸可改善 IDA 患者HB、RBC、HCT 指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the effects of RenShen GuiPiWan on hemoglobin (HB), red blood cell (RBC) and hematocrit (HCT) of patients suffering from iron-deficiency anemia. Method: Eighty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group. Both groups took ferrous succinate tablets,0.1 g once, three times each day, and the same amounts of vitamin C to promote absorption; the observation group received RenShen GuiPiWan, 9 g once, three times each day. One course of treatment was one month, clinical effects were observed after treating for one course of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 80.00%, higher than 50.00% of the control group with significant difference (P＜ 0.05). Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.00% and 75.00%, comparison between both groups demonstrated significant difference (P＜ 0.05). HB, RBC and HCT were improved of both groups after treating (P ＜ 0.05),comparison between both groups showed significant difference (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: RenShen GuiPiWan could improve the indexes including HB, RBC and HCT.
