摘要:: 目的：观察髂胫束重建内侧髌股韧带术及术后患膝中药热敷治疗髌骨内侧不稳的临床疗效。方法：将 86 例髂胫束重建内侧髌股韧带治疗髌骨内侧不稳术的患者随机分为治疗组和观察组，治疗组 46 例，观察组 40 例。治疗组采用中药热敷结合功能锻炼，观察组仅采用功能锻炼，于术后 12-24 月采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度改善情况,同时观察关节活动度。结果：治疗组较观察组 VAS 评分降低(P＜0.05)；关节活动度治疗组优良率为 95.6%，对照组为 80%，2 组相比差异有统计学意义。结论：髌股韧带重建治疗髌骨内侧不稳术后采用患膝中药热敷对关节疼痛程度的缓解以及关节活动度的增加方面疗效显著。

Abstract:: Objective: To study clinical efficacy of herbal compress for the complications after the surgery of medial patella instability through reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with iliotibial band. Method:All 86 patients were allocated into 46 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the observation group. The treatment group received herbal compress combined with functional exercise, the observation group functional exercise only. The improvements of pain were assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS) after surgery in 12 to 24 months, meanwhile the range of motion (ROM) was observed. Result: The treatment group was less than the observation group in VAS (P＜ 0.05); the excellent rate of ROM in the treatment group and the control group were 95.6% and 80%, comparisons between both groups showed statistical meaning. Conclusion: Herbal compress for the knee after the surgery of medial patella instability through reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament with iliotibial band is effective in the remission of joint pain and the increase of ROM.
