摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法：将 36 例 SAP 患者随机分为 2组，对照组 18 例仅给予西医常规治疗；治疗组 18 例在西医常规治疗的基础上给予中药清胰汤 100 mL，每 12小时胃管内注入，夹闭胃管 1 小时后开放，同时用清胰汤 200mL 保留灌肠。结果：临床总有效率治疗组为 100%，对照组为 66.7%；治疗组在腹痛腹胀缓解，排气、排便的恢复，血尿淀粉酶降至正常的时间，并发症的发生率，开腹手术率和病死率以及平均住院时间等方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：急性重症胰腺炎在西医常规治疗的基础上，辨证施治辅以中药清胰汤治疗，效果满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Method: Thirty-six patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine therapy of western medicine; the treatment group took QingYiTang, injecting through gastric tube every 12 hours, the tube was clipped for one hour and opened, meanwhile QingYiTang was used for retention enema, 200mL. Result:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, higher than 66.7% of the control group; the treatment group was superior to the control group in remission of abdominal pain and abdominal distention, the recovery of passing flatus and defecation, the time of hematuria amylase returning to normal, the incidence of complication, operation rate of laparotomy, fatal rate, average hospitalization time and others (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: On the foundation of western medicine, syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with QingYiTang could obtain satisfactory ef- fects in treating SAP.
