摘要:
目的：观察益水生新饮对高血压早期肾损害患者血液流变学、尿微量白蛋白（ALB)和尿α1- 微球蛋白(α1-MG)的影响。方法：将符合标准的 120 例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 60 例。2 组均口服贝那普利治疗，治疗组同时给予益水生新饮，1 剂 /d，水煎分 2 次服用。2 组均以连续治疗 8 周为 1 个疗程，治疗 1 个疗程后观察疗效。结果：ALB 和 α1-MG、全血黏度与血浆黏度 2 组治疗后均明显改善（P＜0.05)，治疗后 2 组相比差异显著（P＜0.05)。结论：益水生新饮对高血压早期肾损害患者血液流变学、ALB 和 α1-MG 等指标有改善作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of YiShui ShengXinYin on hemorheology, ALB and α1-MG of hypertensive patients complicated with early renal damage. Method: All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups took benazepril, the treatment group took YiShui ShengXinYin, one dose per day, decocted with water and taken for twice. Eight weeks were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after treating for one course of treatment. Result: ALB, α1-MG, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of both groups were improved significantly after treating (P＜0.05), the comparison between both groups showed remarkable difference after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: YiShui ShengXinYin could improve hemorheology, ALB and α1-MG of hypertensive patients with early renal damage.
