摘要:
目的：观察纯肽爪形接骨板治疗的基础上加用中医康复治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均在全麻下给予肋骨纯肽爪形接骨板固定术，观察组同时给予术后中医康复治疗。结果： 总有效率观察组为100.00％，对照组为83.33％。2组疗效相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组平均住院时间、平均机械通气时间、胸痛缓解程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板是治疗多根多处肋骨骨折可靠有效的方法，术后中医康复治疗可明显减轻胸壁挫伤疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of rehabilitation therapy in treating multiple fractured ribs on the foundation of claw plate of pure titanium. Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received fixation with claw plate of pure titanium under total anesthesia, the observation group were administered with rehabilitation therapy after surgery. Result: Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 100.00% and 83.33%, the difference had statistical meaning in clinical effects (P<0.05). It also had statistical meaning in the comparison of average hospitalization time, average mechanical ventilation time and the remission of chest pain (P<0.05). Conclusion: Claw plate of pure titanium is an effective method for multiple fractured ribs and postoperative rehabilitation therapy could alleviate the contusion and pain of chest walls.
