摘要:
目的：观察针灸配合中药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将120例偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组以针灸为主配合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，对照组口服西比灵、头痛宁胶囊治疗；2组患者均以治疗2周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：临床治愈率观察组为51.67%，对照组为30%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率观察组为95.00%，对照组为76.67%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针灸配合中药可作为治疗偏头痛的一种有效手段。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of acupuncture and herbs in treating migraine. Method: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients of the observation group were administered with acupuncture and modified XueFu ZhuYuTang, the control group took flunarizine hydrochloride capsule and TouTongNing capsules. Two weeks were one course of treatment, therapeutic effects were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 51.67%, higher than 30% of the control group, the difference between both groups showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.00% and 76.67%, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and herbs are an effective method for migraine.
