摘要:
目的：观察不同中医方法治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎患者112例分为观察组和对照组各56例，2组均采用中药灌肠法治疗，观察组同时结合体外电场热疗治疗，对照组结合中药治疗，1周后比较2组患者临床疗效。结果：观察组显效45例，有效10例，总有效率为98.21%；对照组显效30例，有效20例，总有效率89.29%，观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药灌肠结合体外电场热疗，可促进药物快速吸收，迅速缓解临床症状，是治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎的有效方法之一。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify curative effects of different TCM methods in treating pelvic effusions complicated with chronic pelvic inflammation. Method: All 112 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group, 56 cases each group. Both groups received retention enema with herbs, the observation group were given with electric field hyperthermia in vitro and the control group herbs, curative effects of the patients in both groups were compared in one week. Result: There were 45 cases improved remarkably, ten cases effective, total effective rate of the observation group was 98.21%; 30 cases were improved significantly, 20 cases effective, total effective rate of the control group was 89.29%, the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Retention enema with herb and electric field hyperthermia in vitro could promote the rapid absorption of the drugs and relieve clinical symptoms swiftly, which is one of the effective methods for pelvic effusions complicated with chronic pelvic inflammation.
