摘要:
目的：观察茵陈蒿汤加味联合干扰素、利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将130例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各65例。2组均给予聚乙二醇干扰素a-2a及利巴韦林治疗，观察组同时给予茵陈蒿汤加味，水煎分服，1剂/d，连用48周。结果：显效率观察组为69.23%，对照组为50.77%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)；总有效率观察组为92.31%，对照组为75.38%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。2组不良反应发生率相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：茵陈蒿汤加味联合干扰素、利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎临床疗效显著，不良反应低。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of modified YinChenHaoTang, interferon and ribavirin in treating chronic hepatitis C. Method: All 130 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were given with pegylated-interferon α-2α and ribavirin, the observation oral modified YinChenHao Tang, water decocted, one dose per day, for 48 conservative weeks. Result: Effectual rate of the observation group was 69.23%, higher than 50.77% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%, superior to 75.38% of the control group with notable difference(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reaction(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified YinChenHao Tang, interferon and ribavirin are effective in treating chronic hepatitis C with minor side-effects.
