摘要:
目的：观察脉络康胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将300例心绞痛患者分为治疗组180例和对照组120例，治疗组口服脉络康胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d，饭前服用；对照组服用复方丹参片，3粒/次，3次/d，饭前服用，2组均以治疗20天为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后症状、血脂、血流变学等指标。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.0%，对照组为58.3%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组全血黏度高切值和低切值、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）治疗后均有所下降，高密度脂蛋白（HDL）升高，与治疗前比较差异显著（P＜0.05），组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：脉络康胶囊治疗心绞痛临床疗效显著，可改善血流动力学及血脂水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of MaiLuoKang capsule in treating angina pectoris. Methods: Altogether 300 patients were allocated into 180 cases of the treatment group and 120 cases of the control group by completely randomized grouping method. The treatment group took MaiLuoKang capsules, four pills each time, three times per day, taking before the meal; and the control group compound DanShen tablets, three pills each time, three times per day, taking before the meal, 20 days were one course of the treatment. The indexes of blood lipid, hemodynamics and others were observed in both groups before and after treating as well as the symptoms. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0%, higher than 58.3% of the control group, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Whole blood viscosity high shear value and low shear value, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, total cholesterol（TC）, glycerin trilaurate (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) of the treatment group were lowered after treating, high density lipoprotein(HDL) was improved, the difference was significant when the group after treating was compared with that before treating (P＜0.05), the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: MaiLuoKang capsule is effective in treating angina pectoris, which could improve the levels of hemodynamics and blood lipid.
