摘要:
通过典型验案介绍赵玉庸教授辨治乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的经验，指出老师以“久病入络”为理论指导；以病程绵长、反复发作，舌暗或有瘀斑、瘀点，脉弦细或细涩为辨证依据；以肾小球硬化、肾间质纤维化尤其以血管襻狭窄或闭锁等病理改变为参照，提出“肾络瘀阻”病机学说，以益气化瘀通络为大法，给予以虫类药为主的药物治疗，可明显缓解腰痛、水肿等症状，减少蛋白尿、血尿，延缓肾脏疾病的进程。
Abstract:
The paper is discussing professor Zhao Yuyong′s experience of differentiating and treating HBV-related nephropathy, which is guided by his theory of ″prolonged illness invading the collaterals″; taking prolonged course of the disease, recurrent attacks, dark tongue, with purple bruises or spots, string-like and fine pulse, fine and unsmooth pulse as the evidence for syndrome differentiation; glomerular sclerosis, renal interstitial fibrosis, especially pathological changes including the stricture or atresia of vascular loop as the indexes, pathogenesis theory ″the stagnation and obstruction of renal collaterals″ is raised, which should be treated through the method of Qi-nourishing, stagnation-removing and collateral-dredging, and with the drugs of insects mainly, it could significantly relieve the symptoms of lumbago, edema and other, reduce albuminuria and hematuria, and delay the progression of renal diseases.
