摘要:
目的：了解甘肃省白银地区丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染的分布特征及变异趋势,探讨丙型肝炎病毒的传播途径,并判断病情、预测疗效。方法:先用ELISA法筛查抗-HCV阳性样本，用重组免疫印记实验进行验证。对HCV感染的患者样本用实时荧光定量(PCR)进行病毒载量的确定。对病毒载量大于103样本用多重PCR进行HCV的基因分型。结果：白银地区丙型肝炎病毒的感染主要以1b型为主，其次是2a型。另外该地区发现了在中国其他地区极少发现的2 c型感染。结论：HCV基因分型有重要的临床意义，研究HCV各基因型的临床差别以及引起差别的机制，为丙型肝炎的诊断、治疗和预防以及患者的预后判断提供强有力的依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey distribution characterstics and variation of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in Baiyin district of Gansu province, explore transmission routes of HCV, make a judgement of the disease and forecast therapeutic effects. Methods: Anti-HCV positive samples were screened by ELISA method and testified by recombinant immunoblotting experiment. Virus loads in the samples of HCV-infected patients were ensured by PCR. HCV genes in the samples of virus loads above than 103 were classified with multiple PCR. Results: The infections of HCV in Baiyin district were of 1b type mainly, the next were of 2a type. Besides, there were some patients with 2c type infections scantly found in other districts. Conclusion: HCV genotyping shows important clinical meaning, the study on clinical difference of HCV gene types and the mechanism causing difference could provide strong evidence for the diagnosis, treatment, the prevention of hepatitis C and judging the prognosis of the patients.
