摘要:
目的:了解在校医学生对阿尔兹海默症的关注程度。方法:以甘肃中医学院2010级骨伤、临床、护理、影像、针推、药学6个专业在校学生为研究对象,每个专业随机抽取50人(共300人),自制调查问卷,开展调查研究。结果:53%的学生听说过阿尔兹海默症,90.33%的学生表示愿意参加帮助照顾阿尔兹海默症患者或开展其他服务活动,87.3%的学生不了解阿尔兹海默症的早期症状、预防措施和方法、诊断、相关治疗及护理常识,42%的学生认为阿尔兹海默症的最佳早期预防年龄是50岁左右,56%的学生认为阿尔兹海默症患者应该积极接受治疗,在校医学生获取阿尔兹海默症知识的主要途径是电影电视、医学课程、报刊杂志。结论:在校医学生对阿尔兹海默症的相关知识掌握不够,应通过媒体、课程或讲座等形式加强对阿尔兹海默症的宣传,呼吁公众尤其是在校医学生关心痴呆患者,重视痴呆症的预防、保健。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey medical students′ concern about Alzheimer′s disease at school. Methods: Medical students majored in orthopedics, clinical speciality, nursing, imaging, acupuncture and pharmacy in grade 2010 of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects, 50 persons were chosen randomly from one major (altogether 300 persons), the questionnaire was designed to perform the investigation. Results: The investigation showed that: 53% of the students have heard of the disease, 90.33% of them were willing to help and give consideration to the patients or join other activities, 87.3% didn’t know early symptoms, the prevention measures, methods, diagnosis, related therapy and the care of the patients, 42% thought the best early prevention age was around 50 years, 56% thought the patients should receive the treatment positively, the main ways of medical students at school obtaining the knowledge included: cinema, TV, medical courses, newspaper and magazine. Conclusion: Medical students at school are short of the related knowledge about Alzheimer′s disease, and we should enhance the publicity of Alzheimer′s disease by media, courses or lectures, improve public attention, especially medical students at school, to the patients with dementia, and pay attention to the prevention and health care of dementia.
