摘要:
目的：探讨儿童预防接种对其监护人身心的影响及干预研究方法。方法：随机选取600名儿童监护人(儿童父母或祖父母)在带领儿童预防接种时采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查评分，1～3个月后对确定的研究对象带领儿童再次进行预防接种后对其实施干预措施，再次用SCL-90量表进行问卷调查评分，比较干预前后儿童监护人心身症状变化。结果：在预防接种后，SCL-90量总评分为(141.5±48.30)分,高于国内常模(134.8±42.1)，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=3.00，P＜0.01)；干预后总评分为(135.8±36.9)分,低于干预前总评分，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.28，P＜0.01)，与国内常模比较，差异无统计学意义(t=0.62，P＞0.05)。结论：儿童预防接种对其监护人的身心健康具有一定影响，及时有效地干预可明显降低或减少这一影响，并促进儿童及其监护人的身心健康,可提高儿童预防接种质量，保证儿童计划免疫工作的顺利进行。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence and intervention study of children receiving vaccinoprophylaxis on the psychology of the guardians. Methods: Altogether 600 guardians (their parents or grandparents) were surveyed by self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90) when they took the children to vaccinate, and they were given with intervention measures when they were took the children to vaccinate in one to three months, they were investigated with SCL-90, the changes of psychosomatic symptoms of the guardians were compared before and after the intervention. Results: After the vaccination, total scores of SCL-90 were (141.5±48.30), higher than (134.8±42.1), which was national norm, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (t=3.00, P＜0.01); after the intervention, total scores were (135.8±36.9), lower than these before intervention, the difference presented statistical meaning (t=2.28, P＜0.01), the difference has no statistical meaning compared with national norm (t=0.62, P＞0.05). Conclusion: Children receiving vaccination could affects physical and psychological health of the guardians, timely and effective intervention measures could obviously reduce or decrease the influence, promote psychosomatic health of the children and their guardians, improve the quality of the vaccination and ensure the work of planned immunization going on smoothly.
