摘要:
目的：整理古代妇科专著中治疗恶阻的方药，分析其用药规律。方法：选取古代妇科专著中治疗恶阻的方剂，应用MS SQL SERVER 2008建立数据库，采用关联规则分析方法分析治疗恶阻的方药规律。结果：古代妇科医籍中治疗恶阻最常见的配伍为以半夏为核心的配伍，方剂为六君子汤，其次为以竹茹为核心的配伍，方剂为橘皮竹茹汤；脾胃虚弱为恶阻最常见的病机，其次为肝胃不和。结论：利用现代信息技术中的数据挖掘方法能够较准确地分析古代妇科专著中治疗恶阻的方药规律，有益于恶阻治疗中的知识挖掘。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions and herbs in ancient gynecological books by collecting the prescriptions and the herbs of pernicious vomiting. Methods: The prescriptions of treating pernicious vomiting in ancient gynecological books were selected to establish the database by using MS SQL SERVER 2008, the rules of the prescriptions and herbs about treating pernicious vomiting were analyzed by adopting association rules method. Results: The common herbs of treating pernicious vomiting in ancient gynecological books were the compatibility of BanXia (Pinellia ternata) as the core, the prescription was LiuJunZi Tang, the other was the compatibility of ZhuRu (Caulis Bambusae in Taenia) as the core, and the prescription was JuPi ZhuRu Tang; spleen-stomach deficiency was the common pathogenesis of pernicious vomiting, the other was the disharmony between liver and stomach. Conclusion: Data mining in modern information technology could accurately analyze the rules of the prescriptions and the herbs treating pernicious vomiting in ancient gynecological books, which is beneficial in knowledge discovery of treating pernicious vomiting.
