摘要:
目的：探讨中医护理干预对产妇产后缺乳的影响。方法：将产后缺乳产妇100例随机分为2组各50例。对照组产妇给予常规护理模式，观察组产妇在常规护理基础上给予中医护理措施，观察比较2组产妇开始泌乳时间、泌乳量和成功喂养率。结果：观察组产妇的开始泌乳时间短于对照组，泌乳量及成功喂养率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组婴儿满足率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理干预可促进产妇早期泌乳，减少产后缺乳的发生率，提高泌乳量和母乳喂养成功率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of TCM nursing intervention on the hypogalactia of the puerperants. Methods: One hundred patients were divided into two groups by adopting randomized method, 50 cases each group. The control group accepted routine nursing model, and the observation group TCM nursing measures on the foundation of routine care, the time of the puerperants beginning to lactate, lactation amounts and success feeding rate of both groups were observed and compared. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group obviously in the time of the puerperants beginning to lactate, lactation amounts and success feeding rate, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group notably in baby satisfaction rate, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing intervention could promote early lactation of the puerperants, reduce the incidence of postpartum hypogalactia, raise lactation amounts and breast feeding success rate.
