摘要:
目的：探讨临床护理路径对神经根型颈椎病患者临床康复的影响。方法：将神经根型颈椎病患者72例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例，观察组接受临床护理路径，对照组接受常规护理，对比2组临床恢复情况、疾病知识掌握情况等。结果：1)观察组治愈26例，显效4例，临床总有效率为96.8%，对照组治愈15例，显效6例，临床总有效率为84.3%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2)观察组疾病知识掌握情况优于对照组，住院天数、住院费用少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：临床护理路径有利于改善神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果，提高患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway on clinical recovery of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Methods: All 72 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 36 cases each group, the observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway, the control group routine care, clinical recovery conditions and disease knowledge grasping conditions of both groups were compared. Results: 1) There were 26 cases cured, four cases markedly effective, clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%, 15 cases cured, six cases markedly effective, clinical total effective rate of the control group reached 84.3%, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); 2) The observation group was superior to the control group in disease knowledge grasping conditions, hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway is beneficial to improve therapeutic effects of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, raise the awareness rate of the related knowledge, shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization expenses.
