摘要:
目的：观察益气养阴汤联合化疗冶疗气阴两虚型中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分为2组，对照组给予常规肺癌术后化疗(NP)方案，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用益气养阴汤，1剂/d,水煎早晚分服，连服21天为1个疗程。2组均于治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率对照组为68.57%，观察组为80.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组生活质量提高4例，稳定18例，降低13例；观察组生活质量提高7例，稳定19例，降低9例。生活质量改善情况观察组优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组出现静脉炎3例(8.58%)，恶心呕吐10例(28.57%)，骨髓抑制22例(62.86%)；观察组出现静脉炎3例(8.58%)，恶心呕吐6例(17.14%)，骨髓抑制15例(42.86%)。恶心呕吐率、骨髓抑制率2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：益气养阴汤联合化疗治疗气阴两虚型中晚期NSCLC患者能提高近期临床疗效，减少不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Qi-tonifying Yin-nourishing decoction combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of dual deficiency pattern of Qi-Yin. Methods: Seventy patients were randomized into two groups, the control group accepted conventional chemotherapy after the operation of lung cancer, the observation group took Qi-tonifying Yin-nourishing decoction on the foundation of the treatment the control group received, one dose each day, water decocted and taking in the morning and evening, 21 days consecutively were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were observed after both groups were treated for three courses of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 68.57%, lower than 80.00% of the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Quality of life was improved in four cases, stable in 18 cases and lowered in 13 cases of the control group; seven cases improved, 19 cases stable and nine cases lowered of the observation group. The observation group was superior to the control group in the improvement of quality of life, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). There were three cases suffering phlebitis (8.58%), ten cases suffering nausea and vomiting (28.57%) and 22 cases with arresting of bone marrow (62.86%) in the control group; three cases suffering phlebitis (8.58%), six cases suffering nausea and vomiting (17.14%) and 15 cases with arresting of bone marrow (42.86%) in the observation group, the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of the rate of nausea and vomiting and arresting rate of bone marrow between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Qi-tonifying Yin-nourishing decoction combined with chemotherapy could improve short-term clinical effects and reduce adverse reaction in treating advanced NSCLC of dual deficiency pattern of Qi-Yin.
